The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
CONTACT FORM
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
BOOKING DATA
We point out that, for the purpose of facilitating the booking process and for subsequent contract execution, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner in the form of cookies, as well as the email address, name, and, if applicable, the credit card number of the buyer.
Furthermore, for the purpose of contract execution, the following data is also stored with us: flight details, telephone number, pick-up and destination address, the number of passengers to be transported, and any special requests (e.g., skis, child seats, luggage, etc.). The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment or for pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
Data is not transmitted to third parties, except for the transfer of credit card data to processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.
If the booking process is canceled, the stored data will be deleted. In the event of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the legal tax retention period (7 years).
Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
ACCESS DATA
The website operator or page provider collects data about website accesses and saves them as “server log files.” The following data is logged:
- Visited website
- Time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you accessed the site
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used
The collected data is used only for statistical analysis and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of unlawful use.
COOKIES
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your device using your browser. They do not cause any harm.
We use cookies to make our offer more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow this only in individual cases.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.
WEB ANALYSIS
This website uses the service “Google Analytics,” provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to analyze website usage by users. The service uses “cookies” – text files stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA.
IP anonymization is active on this website. The user’s IP address is truncated within EU member states and the European Economic Area. Through this truncation, the personal reference of your IP address is removed. Under the agreement on order data processing, which the website operators have concluded with Google Inc., Google uses the collected information to evaluate website usage and website activity and to provide related services.
You can prevent the storage of cookies on your device by making appropriate settings in your browser. However, this may result in some website functions not being available without restrictions.
Additionally, you can prevent Google Inc. from collecting and using the data generated by cookies (including your IP address) by installing the following browser plugin: Google Analytics Opt-Out.
More information on Google’s data usage can be found here: Google Support.
USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA PLUGINS
This website uses Facebook social plugins, operated by Facebook Inc. (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA). The integrations can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the terms “Like,” “Share,” in Facebook’s colors (blue and white). Information on all Facebook plugins can be found here: Facebook Plugins.
The plugin creates a direct connection between your browser and Facebook servers. The website operator has no influence on the nature and extent of the data that the plugin transmits to Facebook Inc.’s servers. More information can be found here: Facebook Help.
The plugin informs Facebook Inc. that you visited this website. If you are logged into your Facebook account while visiting, this information will be linked to your account.
If you interact with the plugin (e.g., by clicking “Like” or “Share”), this information is also transmitted to Facebook Inc.
To prevent Facebook from linking this data to your account, please log out of Facebook before visiting this website.
This website also uses the “+1” button from Google Plus, operated by Google Inc. Clicking the “+1” button while logged into Google+ will share the content on your public profile.
Similarly, this website includes Twitter buttons, operated by Twitter Inc. (795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When visiting a page containing a Twitter button, a direct connection between your browser and Twitter servers is established. More information on Twitter’s data handling can be found here: Twitter Privacy.
YOUTUBE
Our site uses videos from YouTube LLC, represented by Google Inc. Normally, when a page with an embedded video is loaded, your IP address is sent to YouTube, and cookies are set. However, we use YouTube’s “enhanced privacy mode,” meaning YouTube does not store personal data unless you watch the video. If you click the video, your IP address will be sent to YouTube. If you are logged into YouTube, this data will be linked to your account.
More information on YouTube’s data policy can be found here: Google Privacy Policy.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws or your legal claims have been violated, you can file a complaint with the regulatory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
